Accessing the Build - Step 2 of 2 Build screen

The Build - Step 2 of 2 Build screen can be accessed in the following manner:

Click the Next button at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

The Build - Step 2 of 2 Build screen appears.

The Build - Step 2 of 2 screen displays:

Subcomponent status Search index	Indicates the status of the search list generation - the color should be green - indicating a successful search list was generated.
Progress text box	Displays the running progress as each file is being compiled into the bookset.
Progress bar	Visual indicator of the conversion of your working project into a bookset
Status indicator reference table	Indicators are defined as: Green, process complete. Blue, process in progress. White, process not selected or not available for execution. Yellow, queued for processing that has yet to begin. Red, processing error encountered.
Command buttons	Buttons are defined as: Cancel - Used to abort the Build operation, and unloads the build wizard. Back - Returns to Step 1 Next - This button will be disabled in Step 2 Build - Used to complete the building of a project into a bookset.

Completing the Build processing

On the Build - Step 2 of 2 screen, make the following selections:


1	Click the Build button to finish the build.
2	A dialog message box should appear to confirm the project is complete and the bookset was built - creating a zip file of the bookset. The path shown is the location of both the created bookset and its corresponding zip file.
		TIP The created zip file is typically used for storing the potentially large bookset. By itself, the zip file is not required for viewing/deploying the finished bookset and can be deleted with no impact to the functioning of the newly created bookset.
3	Close the Knowledge Builder Developer and view the bookset within Knowledge Builder.
